Founded on September 12th, 2002, Jiangsu Sunchem Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd. covers an area of 88068.8M2 with registered capital of 100 million RMB. With the present production scale, we can produce 240000t EPS annually and we plan to produce 360000t EPS per year with a total investment of 350 million RMB.To improve competition power and form complete industrial chain, we have built the largest liquid petrochemical tank terminal aside Yangtze River - Odfjell Terminals Co., Ltd. Jiangyin, which is a joint venture with ODFJELL. ODFJELL is the largest liquid petrochemical logistics company in the world. Now we deliver SM to our EPS plant by pipe. At the same time, we have another joint venture with Sinopec- Shihua Sunchem Chemicals Co., Ltd. Hainan for styrene project, with the yield of 80,000 tons per year and the construction has been finished. In this way, an industry chain with certain anti-risk capability has been established, comprising chemical trade, manufacture and tank terminal.
A series standard grade EPS
SUNCHEM A series EPS belongs to the raw material in standard expansion ratio to realize relatively light gram weight by one-time expansion and the lighter density after several expansions. It can be widely used in machinery and electronic products packaging, agriculture and fishery packaging vessel, thermal insulation and heat preservation material in building, fishery flotation buoy, crafts, food and drinking container, decorative material, lost foam casting and light apparatus with resistance to attack.
The expansion ratio of A series can be a lttle higher to obtain good preservation and rigid molding. The product has the properties of good fusion, smooth surface, wide option for operation, good applicability and dfficult shrinkage and distortion.
B series high expansion grade EPS
SUNCHEM B series EPS is the raw material of high expansion ratio to realize light beads in gram weight by one-time expansion and even suitable to make lighter plastic foam by several expansions. Therefore, it should be better to meet with the product of less than 18g/ by one-time expansion and 10g/l by several expansions to be widely used in machinery and electronic product packaging, fishery flotation buoy, crafts, decorative material, lost foam casting and light apparatus with resistance to attack as well as light board.
B series obtains the properties of high expansion ratio, rapid expansion, low energy consumption, short aging time and molding cycle. Its product also realizes the characteristics of good fusion, smooth surface, stable material, wide option as well as difficult shrinkage and distortion.
C series flame retardant grade EPS
SUNCHEM C series EPS is flame retardant EPS which is passed the evaluation from US Underwriters Laboratories Inc.(UL) and the approval number is E248974. C series obtains the properties of excellent flame retardation, high expansion ratio, rapid expansion, low shrinkage rate of block, wide range of operation and suitable for various block machines, automatic machines and manual pressers. C series EPS can be widely used for thermal insulation, construction materials, lightweight fill materials and packing for electronic appliance, etc.

D series fast cycling grade EPS
SUNCHEM D series EPS's molecular weight and blowing agent is less than A series, so its heating time and aging time is less than A series. Therefore, it can reduce energy use and improve efficiency. D series obtains high expansion ratio, short aging time, close cell size and flat appearance. It is suitable for rapid cooling in automatic molding machine.
D series EPS is widely used in packing materials of protecting articles from breakage & Thermal insulations.D series fast cycling grade EPS
